Ruter Candidate Upload Terms - Talent Pool

These Terms apply when you use the Ruter Talent Pool link to upload your resume and create a candidate profile.This is not a job application for a specific role. If you want to apply to a specific job, use that job link instead.

By clicking "Accept and Continue", you confirm you are 18 years or older and you give us consent to process your personal data for the purposes in these Terms and the Key Points shown before upload. If you do not agree, click Cancel and exit.
We collect the data you provide, including your resume contents and profile details such as name, email, phone, location, experience, and preferences. We also collect technical logs (for example IP address, device info, timestamps) to prevent fraud and maintain security.
We process your data to create and maintain your candidate profile, to enable verified recruiters and verified employers on Ruter to discover and evaluate you for opportunities, to communicate with you, and to maintain platform security and comply with law.
Your profile and resume will be searchable inside Ruter by verified recruiters and verified employers who use Ruter. This is the core purpose of this link. If you do not want this, do not use this link.
If a recruiter or employer views, downloads, or saves your resume, they may keep a copy under their own policies. Ruter cannot force deletion of those external copies. Do not upload information you do not want shared for hiring purposes.
We may contact you for account and hiring related communications. If you tick the optional checkbox, you also consent to receiving opportunity updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If you do not opt in, we will not send promotional messages.
You are responsible for ensuring your resume and details are accurate and up to date. If your information is misleading or false, recruiters may reject you and we may restrict your access.
We implement reasonable security practices to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure. You agree to use the service at your own risk and to immediately inform us if you believe your account or data is compromised.
You can withdraw consent and request deletion anytime by emailing connect@worksymphony.co After withdrawal, we will stop making your profile searchable and will delete or irreversibly anonymize your profile and resume within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law. Minimal consent audit logs may be retained for compliance.
You can request access to your stored data and ask for corrections. If you have a complaint, contact our grievance / privacy contact at connect@worksymphony.co.
This service is intended only for individuals 18 years or older. If you are under 18, do not use this link.
You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or malicious content, or upload someone elses data without authorization. We may suspend or delete profiles that violate these Terms.
Ruter does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or responses from recruiters or employers. Recruiters and employers make independent hiring decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to this service is limited to the amount paid by you to use this service (if any).
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be available on the same link. If changes are material, we may require fresh consent before continuing to make your profile searchable.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Pune Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
